Children grow and go through many physical changes. They are often keen to try new activities.  Some children can be prone to falling because they take risks or are still developing their gross motor skills.  Our team of osteopaths enjoys working with children as they grow.  Working with children allows us to share and teach about the physical body and health.  Our hands on approach includes soft tissue, stretching, joint articulation and manipulation.  We also have a range of indirect techniques to offer to children and families preferring a softer touch.  We can help advise with stretching or exercise.  We liase and work with other health professionals where necessary.
